Are Spirit Essences Safe When My Pet Will Be Anesthetized?

Dear Spirit Essences,

I’ve been using Stress Stopper whenever I take Dobie to the vet with great results! However, next week she’s scheduled for a dental cleaning. Is it safe to give my cat Stress Stopper or other flower essences when she’ll also be getting anesthetized? Thanks!

Hello there,
We’re so glad to hear Dobie is getting proper dental care and that you’ve had success with Stress Stopper!  Stress Stopper is a must-have for every pet’s holistic medicine cabinet.

You ask a great question, one that we receive quite often. Our formulas are absolutely safe to give to your cat when she’ll also be getting anesthetized. No matter which Spirit Essences solution you use, none of them will interfere with any medication your pet is currently on.

Dr. Jean Hofve, leading holistic veterinarian and co-creator of Spirit Essences says, “Because essences work on an energetic rather than physical level, they do not interfere with medical treatments like drugs and surgery; or with alternative therapies such as homeopathy, acupuncture, or herbs; or any other therapy that affects the physical body.”  Spirit Essences truly is a safe and effective, yet gentle, complement to your integrative pet care regimen.

Best wishes to you and Dobie!

-Spirit Essences
